Through a mixture of contortionism and floor tumbling, this vigorously-active class will allow students at Dancers by Design to develop, increase, and sustain strength, flexibility, agility, and control.

Through this timeless dance form, students at Dancers by Design will gain essential skills that form the foundation for all other genres of dance. In addition, they will learn ballet terminology, build poise and self-discipline, and develop, increase, and sustain performance and technical abilities.

Through diverse combinations of choreography inspired by trendy, free-style club dancing and popular music videos, students at Dancers by Design will develop, increase, and sustain core strength and cardio endurance while instilling rhythm and precision in their muscle memory.

Through the fundamentals of jazz, ballet, and tap (incorporated with basic tumbling), students at Dancers by Design (ages 5 & 6) will be introduced to classroom structure. Their participation in fun vocalization exercises will promote listening skills, patience, and socialization. In addition, students will learn primary dance terminology, rhythmic patterns, feet/body positions, and transitions (from one movement to the next).

Through abstract choreography and the fusion of ballet and various jazz techniques, students at Dancers by Design will develop musicality and convey emotion through subtle, yet dynamic, movement while increasing their strength, control, and flexibility. *Both ballet and jazz are prerequisites for this class.

Through the exploration of simple movement and gestures (enhanced by fun games and unique props to foster the imagination), students at Dancers by Design (ages 3 & 4) will begin to gain body awareness and will be encouraged to express themselves creatively through movement. In the process, they will develop communication, memory, and social skills.

Through the presentation of electrifying and stylistic choreography, this high-energy class (infused with turns, leaps, and tricks) will allow students at Dancers by Design to develop, increase, and sustain the isolation of movement and the quality of performance through facial expression and proper technical dance training which will, in turn, create longevity in their dance careers.

Through basic to advanced conditioning and stretching, students at Dancers by Design will have a sound understanding of what their bodies require in order to develop, increase, and sustain levels of cardio endurance, flexibility, and muscle strength.

Through traditional New York City/Broadway style tap dancing and the erratic percussion of rhythmic tap (also known as hoofing), students at Dancers by Design will develop, increase, and sustain their coordination, musicality, rhythm, syncopation, and timing.
